Holistic Facials
Penny provides Holistic Facials for both women and men to help rejuvenate and improve the appearance of your skin. Choose from an express 25 minute treatment or a truly indulgent 60 or 75 minute treatment.
Indulgent Facial (60 / 75 mins)
This amazing, hour-long treatment, using Neal’s Yard organic products, is tailored to your individual needs and also promotes a deep sense of calm and relaxation. Beginning with a deep cleanse, your skin is then gently exfoliated before an organic masque is applied to deeply nourish, revitalize and purify the skin. To help restore the skin’s radiance and moisturise the skin, a facial oil is applied whilst you receive a relaxing shoulder, neck and facial massage. To close the treatment an eye cream and moisturiser is applied and you are given the chance to relax and enjoy a refreshing glass of water.
Express Facial (25 mins)
For those in a hurry this express facial provides a quick pick-me-up for the skin. Beginning with a cleanse and tone of the skin using organic Neal’s Yard products you can then choose from an exfoliating scrub or masque to restore your skin’s natural glow. A moisturiser and eye cream complete the treatment further softening and revitalising the skin.
Men’s Facial (60 mins)
Beginning with a relaxing upper back, neck and shoulder massage and finishing with a relaxing head and scalp massage, this facial includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, clay or marine algae mask and moisturiser. Skin will be cleansed of impurities, dead skin cells buffed away, leaving it boosted and hydrated. Using cactus stem cells, green tea caffeine and marine-friendly micro bead scrub, this facial is organic, energizing and environmentally friendly.
Natural Facelift Massage (60 / 75 mins)
Sometimes referred as to Facial Rejuvenation, Natural Facelift Massage is a relaxing treatment and results can be seen after just one session. It combines Eastern and Western facial massage, acupressure and facial reflexology.
As this is an holistic therapy, at your first visit a health and lifestyle consultation, including your skincare routines and a facial analysis, will be carried out. This identifies any particular areas of concern to you and helps establish how to best tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
Once you are comfortably resting on the couch the treatment begins with relaxation and energy balancing moves. The skin can then be cleansed with Neal’s Yard organic products if desired. Soothing gentle pressure is then applied to facial reflexology points. The massage continues with a series of lifting, friction and smoothing moves. At the end of the treatment an organic moisturiser and an eye cream can be applied before finishing with a scalp massage. Although results can often be seen after one session a course of six is recommended in conjunction with aftercare advice discussed at the end of a treatment.
