Holistic Facials
Penny provides Holistic Facials for both women and men to help rejuvenate and improve the appearance of your skin. Choose from a 60 minute or truly indulgent 75 minute treatment.
Men’s Facial (60 mins) Subject to product availability
Beginning with a relaxing upper back, neck and shoulder massage and finishing with a relaxing head and scalp massage, this facial includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, clay mask and moisturiser. Skin will be cleansed of impurities, dead skin cells buffed away, leaving it boosted and hydrated.
Natural Facelift Massage (60 / 75 mins)
Sometimes referred as to Facial Rejuvenation, Natural Facelift Massage is a relaxing treatment and results can be seen after just one session. It combines Eastern and Western facial massage, acupressure and facial reflexology.
As this is an holistic therapy, at your first visit a health and lifestyle consultation, including your skincare routines and a facial analysis, will be carried out. This identifies any particular areas of concern to you and helps establish how to best tailor the treatment to your individual needs.
Once you are comfortably resting on the couch the treatment begins with relaxation and energy balancing moves. The skin can then be cleansed with Neal’s Yard organic products if desired. Soothing gentle pressure is then applied to facial reflexology points. The massage continues with a series of lifting, friction and smoothing moves. At the end of the treatment an organic moisturiser and an eye cream can be applied before finishing with a scalp massage. Although results can often be seen after one session a course of six is recommended in conjunction with aftercare advice discussed at the end of a treatment.
Natural Facelift Massage is a non-surgical, injection-free, relaxing, holistic treatment that can benefit you on many levels. The combination of techniques used can help maintain a youthful appearance as it helps with:
